Tell us about your teen.
Five taps: their age, what's changed, how conversations go, what you've tried, what you want to be different. That's the first dot on the map.
The moods. The closed door. The phone. The one-word answers. That's not a broken relationship — it's the teenage years doing what they do.
A US-trained mentor for your teen. A map of where they actually are for you. And a two-minute script for tonight's conversation.

Now it's "fine." "Nothing." "Hmm."
Dinner is eaten in ten minutes and the door closes again.
A small comment turns into a big fight, or a bigger silence.
The phone is face-down when you walk in and face-up when you leave.
And every time you try harder, they pull further.
Between 11 and 18 the body, the brain and the friendships all rebuild at once. None of it is aimed at you — but it lands on you, because you're the safest person to push against. Most homes are still using the rules that worked at ten on a fourteen-year-old.
Sudden embarrassment, tears over nothing, sleep that shifts later. They want you close and gone in the same hour.
Identity, secrecy, the group chat that matters more than dinner. Being lectured feels unbearable.
Boards, coaching, "what after 12th". They carry it — just not to you.
Every teen moves at their own pace. That's why a map beats a rulebook.
Not therapy, not tuition, not a monitoring app. A US-trained mentor your teen will actually talk to, and a Parent App that tells you what to say tonight — working on the relationship from both sides of the door.
Don't say: "I was your age once."
Say: "You're right, I might not. Help me understand."
Confidence, emotional regulation, communication, independence. The map shows where your teen is on each — and which way they're moving.
It starts today with the two-minute form. It gets sharp over the first weeks as your teen works with the mentor — themes and direction, never the words. By week four to six it's detailed enough to predict the next hard conversation before it happens.
Nobody signs a teenager up to talk to a stranger. So everything starts with you.
Five taps: their age, what's changed, how conversations go, what you've tried, what you want to be different. That's the first dot on the map.
A real person in Delhi, 10 AM–8 PM, on WhatsApp or phone. We go through what you told us, answer your questions and, if it fits, book your consultation. No card, no pressure.
A video consultation for you, the parent: what's happening at this stage, what to change at home, and what tonight's script should be. Your teen joins only if and when you decide.
Daily two-minute scripts and videos in the Parent App. Your teen's own sessions when you're ready. The map sharpens week by week — and your mentor walks you through it.
Your teen's conversations with their mentor are never shared with you. What you receive is the map — the pattern, not the transcript. That rule is what makes the mentoring work.
A teenager only opens up when they believe it's safe to. The moment they suspect a session is reported back, they do what they do at home: nod, say "fine," and shut down.
You get the map — the themes and the direction, never a transcript — and your mentor's guidance on supporting the work at home. It's in our Terms and our Privacy Policy under Indian law.
One exception: if a mentor believes your teen is in serious danger, we contact you immediately. Your teen knows this rule too.
Every TeenCare mentor completes a US-designed behavioural mentoring curriculum, supervised practice hours and ongoing case review. Fluent in how Indian teenagers actually talk.
Profiles shown are representative of the TeenCare mentor team and its qualification standard. Mentor availability depends on time slots; the next available mentor will be booked automatically after your discovery call.

"She used to sit on the kitchen counter and tell me about her day. Then, around Class 8, the door started closing — literally. I took it personally for a year.
The first call put her on a map. Thirteen to fifteen: friends become the mirror, privacy becomes a need. It wasn't about me at all. The mentor gave me one rule — stop asking questions at the door, start saying one true thing at dinner — and a script for that night.
Week three she asked to meet the mentor herself. I still don't know what they talk about. I know she came and sat on the counter on Sunday."

"Every evening was a negotiation about screen time and every negotiation ended in a slammed door. His sleep was wrecked, and the Class 10 pre-boards were four months away.
The mentor didn't start with the phone. She started with sleep — a fixed wake time, the phone charging outside the room from 11, and a script for the first night he pushed back. The app sent me the next one every morning.
By week four the map showed independence and motivation both moving. He's studying in the evenings now because he's awake for them. The phone argument just… stopped being the argument."

A 15-minute call with a real person from our Delhi parent team, on WhatsApp or phone, 10 AM to 8 PM IST. We go through what you told us in the form, answer your questions, and tell you honestly whether TeenCare fits your situation. If it does, we book your consultation with a mentor and send you tonight's script to start with.
Not at first. The form is about your teen but filled in by you; the call is with you; the first consultation is with you. Your teen meets the mentor only if and when you decide — many parents start without telling their teen at all, and introduce the idea once they have a plan and a script that's already working.
No — and that's deliberate. Once your teen has their own sessions, they're confidential so your teen will actually talk. You receive the map — the themes they're working on and how they're moving — plus your mentor's guidance on supporting them at home. The only exception is if a mentor believes your teen is in serious danger; then we contact you immediately.
TeenCare is behavioural mentoring and parent guidance, not medical or psychological treatment. Our mentors are trained to recognise when a teen may need clinical support and will tell you, so you can consult a qualified professional. If your teen is already in treatment, TeenCare can complement it — please tell us on the call.
Yes. What you tell us in the form is your own information, used to prepare your call. TeenCare processes a minor's data only after your verifiable parental consent, as required by Section 9 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We do not carry out behavioural monitoring or tracking of children and we never use a child's data for advertising. Read our Privacy Policy.
Every mentor has completed TeenCare's US-designed behavioural mentoring curriculum, supervised practice hours and ongoing case review. Credentials are listed on each mentor's profile above, and you'll see your mentor's profile before your consultation.
Right now we're working with English-speaking families in Delhi NCR — Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad. Consultations are on video, so location matters less than time zone: your US-based mentor's slots fall on Indian weekday evenings and weekend mornings.
